OneSource Coil Coaters LLC, Clearwater, FL services several niche markets that work well within our capabilities to create high quality coatings and meet the service expectations of our customer base.  Our continued grow will come from finding new niche markets, and then build business plans to service two or three customers from that market.  OneSource looks at itself as a boutique painter more than as high volume commodity coater.

Our continuous coating line based in Clearwater was purchased in 2002 by the Sastri family, J.M. Sastri being the patriarch with over 40 years nationally and internationally in the building products industry.  After a few years of retirement Mr. Sastri was ready to go back to work.  One of his sons, Venki Sastri, came in as COO and they have been building OneSource together ever since.  During the grand times Florida had in the mid-2000’s the line ran 24-7 and pumped out over 24 million pounds of aluminum building products each year for several years.  But, all good things come to an end and as we entered into late-2000’s it became evident that diversification into new industries was needed at OneSource.  In 2009 with Mr. Sastri’s extensive in building products he set out to develop a Metal Roofing Program to compliment the coil materials he was creating for pan coil, soffits, gutters and downspouts, and other building products.  The new program brought about huge changes for OneSource by coating galvalume steel along with aluminum for the Metal Roofing program.  The new program offers over 40 colors of Kynar and SMP warranted product.  Today “CoolSource” our brand name, is a leading product known for its Energy Star label, Florida Power & Light (FP&L) rebates and saving energy colors on homes across America.

But, we haven’t stopped there as we have added Signage to our mix.  Items such as Channel Letter Coil, Vanity License Plates, signs available in various sizes polyester coated or coated in very unique specialty material called Sublimation.  Sublimation allows for the transfer, by heat, a permanent custom design through the coating onto the painted surface below the coating.  Definitely unusual!

OneSource coats stainless steel printer coil that may be used on the very printer you print this document with.   Most recently we began coating for the Lighting Industry.  This industry specifies a variety of coils from hi-gloss finishes to matte finishes and back to the brightest white available, at OneSource we call our bright white CoolSource “97”.  The “97” stands for our ability to coat the top end the industries reflective capabilities.
